This past weekend while attending a kid’s birthday party, I had a conversation with a non couponer.  I love having conversations with people who don’t believe in the power of coupons.  The lady that I talked to was adamant that I couldn’t save on produce.  I told her that there were coupons for produce, she could request produce coupons from companies, and she could even price match.

I love getting my weekly produce at a low cost at Walmart.  While produce at Walmart is cheaper than my favorite grocery store, Aldi has the lowest produce prices around.  This past Sunday, I took a look at the Aldi’s ad and went to Walmart and save a few bucks. Listed below are the prices of produce at Aldi’s this week.  Keep in mind according to Walmart you don’t need the ad, but it is better to be safe than sorry.

Pineapple  $1.09
Blueberries  $1.59
Strawberries  $1.19
Bananas  $.29 lb.
Mangos $.49 each
Lemons $.79 each (1 lb. bag)

If you are like me and purchase produce each week and don’t want to break the bank or budget by going to multiple stores, go to one ~ Walmart and PRICE MATCH. Check out Walmart Price Match policy.
