Yesterday I told you about the Groupon outdoor photo deal and today Living Socail has a deal. I was recently introduced to CRE810 Photography through Facebook. I saw that they were going to have a Living Social Deal and I was waiting for it to go live. For $55 you will get an hour-long in-studio or on-location photo session for up to 5 people. You will get 25 Low-Resolution Images on CD, Two 8×10 Prints, and 50% Off a Canvas Print. This is valued at $175. I contacted CRE810 Photography and asked about the deal. This is what they shared
Low resolution photos aren’t for printing. They’re for use on the web; social sites email, etc. What I’m doing is offering 10 high resolution photographs in lieu of the 25 low resolutions, if the client really wants high resolution. I’ll have to give you a release to print the images. Due to copyright, no company will print professional images without consent from the photographer. I print as well, so I don’t typically release the images out.
I purchased this deal and I am going to get my headshots for my website. #frugal
